Apply to be a Retailer

Are you a retailer interested in selling Lottery at your business? Almost any Minnesota retail business can apply for a contract to sell lottery tickets. This includes fraternal, charitable, and non-profit organizations that have a retail business open to the general public.

Before applying, please read the Retailer Application Instructions (see links at right). Next, complete and return one Retailer Application and two Retailer Contracts along with a $100 application fee for each store to:

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All applications, contracts and renewals must be signed by:

  • an owner for sole proprietorship;
  • a partner for a partnership; or
  • a director or a designated officer for a corporation.
