JAN. 8, 2010 — 2010 marks the Minnesota State Lottery’s 20th year of operation. To celebrate this milestone, the Lottery is offering a special second-chance promotion along with events held around the state to thank the millions of Minnesotans who have purchased Lottery tickets over the past 20 years.

Now through Feb. 22, players can enter the Scratch-O-Rama promotion by submitting non-winning $200,000 Platinum Payout scratch tickets on luckymn.com for the chance to be a contestant at one of eight qualifying scratch tournament locations:  

• Miller Hill Mall in Duluth on March 6
• Apache Mall in Rochester on March 7
• Burnsville Center in Burnsville on March 13
• Paul Bunyan Mall in Bemidji on March 14
• Moorhead Center Mall on March 20
• River Hills Mall in Mankato on March 21
• Rosedale Mall in Roseville on March 27
• Prairie Event Center in Marshall on April 3

Twenty contestants will compete in each qualifying scratch tournament for the chance to move to the finals. The tournament culminates on April 17, the Lottery’s official 20th anniversary date, at Mall of America with a grand finale event where 20 players from the qualifying events and drawing that day will compete for the chance to win $1 million!  DETAILS
