Lotto games players have one year from the date of the drawing to claim a prize. Print-N-Play games winners must claim their prizes within one year from the date of purchase. Scratch Games winners have one year from the end date of each game to claim their prize. The most recent winning Powerball jackpot from October 14, 2009, worth $31,369,188 (annuity), went to a single ticket in Wisconsin.
Players are now able to purchase up to 14 advance draws. Powerball with Power Play® is an exciting, multi-state jackpot game for players who enjoy lots of payout levels with the potential to win millions! Powerball gives you nine ways to win. The jackpot starts at $20 million and keeps growing until somebody wins. Just pick five numbers from 1 to 59 (white balls). Then pick one more number from 1 to 39 (the red Powerball).
