Minneapolis Resident Wins $100,000 Lottery Prize

FEBRUARY 13, 2008 — J. Santiago Lopez of Minneapolis won a $100,000 lottery prize by playing the Diamonds and Gold Scratch Game. Santiago claimed the prize this morning.

Two Amigos Bazar, 800 E. Franklin Ave. in Minneapolis sold the winning ticket.

Diamonds and Gold is a $5 Scratch Game that offers players a chance to win a $100,000 top prize. One of five $100,000 prizes remain to be claimed. The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 3.50.
