Maplewood Couple Claims $47,628 Northstar Cash® Prize
MARCH 24, 2008 — Judy and Les Richardson of Maplewood purchased one quick-pick ticket for the March 19, 2008 Northstar Cash drawing. This ticket was the only one to match the numbers drawn that night (7-9-18-20-31) to win the jackpot of $47,628.
The winning ticket was purchased at Bear 36, located at 2271 White Bear Ave. in Maplewood.
A Northstar Cash jackpot ticket worth $25,000 from the drawing on July 25, 2007 (sold in Ramsey County) has not yet been claimed. Players have one year from the date of the drawing to claim all prizes.
To play Northstar Cash, players select five numbers from 1 to 31. Matching the five numbers drawn wins the jackpot, which starts at $25,000 and grows until it is won. Players also win by matching 2, 3 or 4 of the numbers drawn.
Northstar Cash drawings are conducted daily after the Daily 3® drawing. Tickets must be purchased by 6:10 p.m. on the day of the drawing.
