Bagley Man Wins $100,000 Lottery Prize

OCTOBER 21, 2009 —Allen Lundin of Bagley won a $100,000 prize by playing the Lottery’s Buck$ and Dough scratch game.

Lundin claimed the prize at the Lottery’s headquarters in Roseville on Oct. 20. He purchased the winning ticket at 4th Street Conoco, located at 405 Bemidji Ave. N. in Bemidji.

Buck$ and Dough is a $5 scratch game that offers 22 chances to win up to $100,000. There are currently four of five $100,000 prizes remaining to be claimed. The overall odds of winning a prize by playing the Buck$ and Dough scratch game are 1 in 3.62.

Proceeds from the Minnesota State Lottery benefit all Minnesotans. Since 1990, the Lottery has raised more than $1.7 billion for state programs. The General Fund has received over $1 billion to help fund important functions such as education, public safety and health and human services. Another $677 million has funded critical environmental programs.
