Join the Minnesota State Lottery at the Mall of America for Fish Fest on Saturday, May 3

Fishing tips to be offered by Kent Hrbek, Al Lindner & other fishing professionals

April 29 - On Saturday, May 3 the Minnesota State Lottery is hosting Fish Fest at the Mall of America to celebrate the launch of the new Hook, Lund® and Sinker scratch game.     

This is a great opportunity for anglers to prepare for fishing season opening weekend.  

Fishing enthusiasts can get tips from some of Minnesota’s most well-known fishermen, including Kent Hrbek, Al Lindner, James Lindner, Marty Glorvigen, Scott Glorvigen, Scott Petersen, Ken Olson, “CJ” Johnson, Eric Gislason and Dan Sura.

The Lottery is partnering with Lund® Boats, Explore Minnesota Tourism and FSN North to offer a variety of entertainment and prizes from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Mall’s rotunda.

Adult participants who make a qualifying $10 Lottery purchase will be able to enter drawings for the chance to win an assortment of prizes, including the $2,000 cash grand prize giveaway at 3 p.m.  

The $5 Hook, Lund® and Sinker scratch game offers instant cash prizes up to $100,000. But the real catch is two Lund® 1850 Tyee boat packages — valued at $66,621 — which players can win through a second-chance drawing.
