Long Lake Resident Wins $26,000 Northstar Cash® Jackpot

MAY 16, 2008 — Alice Fleischhacker of Long Lake won the $26,000 Northstar Cash jackpot from the drawing on May 14, 2008. The first line on her five-line ticket matched the winning numbers of 10-20-25-29-31 to win the jackpot.She claimed her prize at Lottery headquarters in Roseville on May 15.

The winning ticket was purchased at Orono Petro, Inc., 2160 W. Wayzata Blvd. in Long Lake.

A Northstar Cash jackpot worth $25,000 from the drawing on July 25, 2007 (sold in Ramsey County) has not yet been claimed. Northstar Cash players have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

To play Northstar Cash, players select five numbers from 1 to 31. Matching the five numbers drawn wins the jackpot, which starts at $25,000 and grows until it is won. Players also win by matching 2, 3 or 4 of the numbers drawn. 

Northstar Cash drawings are conducted daily after the Daily 3® drawing. Tickets must be purchased by 6:10 p.m. on the day of the drawing.
