Barnesville Resident Wins $100,000 Lottery Prize
MAY 28, 2008 — Duwayne Hines of Barnesville claimed a $100,000 prize at the Lottery’s headquarters in Roseville on May 27. He won the prize by playing the $100,000 Ultimate Blackjack scratch game.
Cenex General Store in Barnesville sold the winning ticket.
The $100,000 Ultimate Blackjack scratch game is a $5 game that offers a top prize of $100,000.
The overall odds of winning a prize by playing the $100,000 Ultimate Blackjack scratch game are 1 in 3.66. There are currently two of five $100,000 top prizes remaining to be claimed.
For each table, if the total of the two cards in “your hand” beats the “dealer’s hand,” win the prize shown for that hand. Blackjack pays double (if the total for your hand is 21, win two times the prize for that hand). If you uncover a “bust” symbol in the dealer’s hand, win all four prizes for that table. You could win up to 16 times!
