Floodwood Resident Wins $50,000 Lottery Prize

MAY 27, 2009 — Vickie Johnson of Floodwood won $50,000 by playing the Lottery’s $200,000 Money Match game. Johnson claimed the prize at Lottery headquarters in Roseville on May 26.

The winning ticket was purchased at Floodwood Little Store, 308 – 9th Ave. in Floodwood.

$200,000 Money Match is a $10 scratch game that offers 17 chances to win up to $200,000. Two of four $200,000 prizes and four of six $50,000 prizes remain in the game. The overall odds of winning a prize by playing the $200,000 Money Match scratch game are 1 in 3.54.

To play, scratch the play area. If you reveal two identical symbols in the same game, you win the prize for that game. In the Bonus area, if you uncover a prize amount then you win that amount.
