Long Prairie Resident Wins $50,000 Lottery Prize
JUNE 5, 2009 — Heather Tesch of Long Prairie won a $50,000 prize by playing the Lottery’s $200,000 Money Match scratch game.
Tesch claimed the prize at the Lottery’s headquarters in Roseville on June 4. She purchased the winning ticket at Donner’s Crossroads Truckstop, 450 Highway 7 in Clara City.
$200,000 Money Match is a $10 scratch game that offers 17 chances to win up to $200,000. There are currently two of four $200,000 prizes and three of six $50,000 prizes remaining to be claimed. The overall odds of winning a prize by playing the $200,000 Money Match scratch game are 1 in 3.54.
To play, scratch the play area. If you reveal two identical symbols in the same game, you win the prize for that game. In the Bonus area, if you uncover a prize amount then you win that amount.
