- Entry must be a non-winning Powerball with Power Play ticket purchased between April 2–30, 2008. Do not use a winning ticket to enter.
- Fill in name, address and phone number, including area code on the back of ticket. Incomplete and unreadable entries will be disqualified.
- Entry envelope can be no larger than 10” x 5”.
- One entry per envelope.
- All entries must be sent by First Class regular U.S. Mail to the designated P.O. Box. No drop-offs.
- Odd of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
- Enter as many times as you wish. Only ONE winner per household.
