Powerball Four (4) Powerball Prizes. Each Powerball prize includes a coupon for Minnesota State Lottery Powerball Tickets for one (1) year. A $5 coupon for 104 Powerball drawings. The total value of a Powerball Prize is $520.00.
Minnesota State Lottery Scratch Games Four (4) Scratch Ticket Prizes. Each Scratch Ticket Prize includes $500 in Minnesota State Lottery Scratch Lottery Tickets. The total value of a Scratch Ticket Prize is $500.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning are based on the sale of 500,000 Minnesota Millionaire Raffle tickets. Actual odds will be determined by the actual number of tickets sold. Sales of Minnesota Millionaire Raffle Game tickets end on December 31, 2009 or earlier if all tickets are sold. Bonus prizes will be allocated equally among all Minnesota Millionaire Raffle tickets printed. Bonus prize values subject to change.

The winning $25,000+ Minnesota Millionaire Raffle numbers will be TELEVISED on January 1, 2010. Watch these official Lottery TV stations beginning at 7:59 p.m.* to see if you've won a million dollars!

How to Claim Minnesota Millionaire Raffle Prizes

• Sign the back of your ticket in the space provided.
• Lottery retailers may pay the $500 cash prize, provided funds are available.
• Any Lottery office can pay the $500 or $25,000 prize, or winners may submit their signed tickets with a completed claim form for payment by mail. Claims made by mail must be sent to: Minnesota State Lottery, P.O. Box 131000, Roseville, MN 55113.
• Winners of a $1,000,000 prize, a $100,000 prize or the Ford Fusion bonus prize must claim their prizes in person at Lottery Headquarters, 2645 Long Lake Road, Roseville, MN. Bonus prizes other than the Ford Fusion may be claimed at any Lottery office.
• All prizes must be claimed by January 4, 2011.
• Minnesota Millionaire Raffle tickets cannot be cancelled. All tickets, transactions and winners are subject to rules and game procedures of the Minnesota State Lottery.
