Every year we get together at the local bar. We say a prayer for the ones that we have lost. We enjoy a nice lunch. Thanks to Kjirsten for her great holiday story! “It was Thanksgiving eve, I ran to the local grocery store. I had $10 in cash, so on the way out, I bought two $5 scratch offs from the kiosk. I went back to my car right away because it was snowing rather hard. I scratched one spot and it was $100! Kept scratching, and every spot was $25... so I just stopped and ran inside and handed it to the lady at the counter who told me it was $500! This veteran gentleman came up behind me in his wheelchair to check out, and I was so excited, I screamed ‘I wanna buy all his sh*t!’ Lol. He was so grateful, and I wanted to spread the love. I'll never forget that evening.” 

"Ever since COVID, my dad, sister, and I have dinner and do scratch tickets on Friday’s since we couldn’t go to the casino. We have continued this tradition for four years now.
