Congratulations to Holiday in East Grand Forks for joining the Lottery’s elite Million Dollar Sales Club. The store, which is one of 3,050 lottery retailers statewide, reached $1 million in sales for the first time during the Lottery’s latest fiscal year.

Holiday sold $1,026,995 worth of lottery tickets during FY19, placing them in the top 10 sellers in Minnesota. Holiday is only the 14th retailer since the Lottery started in 1990 to join this exclusive club.

On Oct. 22, 2019, Lottery Executive Director Adam Prock held a ceremony at Holiday, located at 1010 Central Ave. N.E. in East Grand Forks to celebrate this milestone. Minnesota State Rep. Debra Kiel was also in attendance to congratulate the sales team for this accomplishment.

Lottery state sales manager Steve Addabbo presented Holiday store manager Kelley Bakken with a plaque to commemorate their achievement.

A big thanks to the staff at Holiday, and the lottery players in East Grand Forks and surrounding communities, including our friends across the border, who support the lottery and understand that when they play, everyone wins because lottery dollars have collectively impacted each and every county across Minnesota.
