It’s easy! Buy a Powerball ticket between June 16 and July 16, 2025. Enter your unique entry code from the ticket at mnlottery.com or in the official Minnesota Lottery app by July 20. Cross your fingers, toes, and spark plugs.


What’s the Playoff Format?

In August, 16 semi-finalists will be randomly drawn from across the country - Minnesota had one last year! This year - it could be you! From there, it’s a high-octane series of elimination rounds.

The field will be reduced from 16 to 12 to 8 to 4 – the final four finalists will win a VIP trip for two to NASCAR Championship Weekend™ at Phoenix Raceway and entry into the $1 million drawing.

All 16 semi-finalists win cash — starting at $2,500 and building up to the ultimate $1 million prize.
