Minnesota Millionaire Raffle Returns Oct. 21 with Exciting Changes
ROSEVILLE, Minn. (Oct. 20, 2025) – Tickets for the Minnesota Lottery’s annual Minnesota Millionaire Raffle go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 21 with some fun changes in celebration of the 20th Anniversary.
For the first time ever, 20,000 prizes are up for grabs, including a new $20,000 prize tier. Players will like that overall odds are even better than last year – 1 in 50.00.
Beginning Oct. 21 at approximately 5:00 a.m., one million Raffle tickets will go on sale at approximately 3,000 lottery retailers statewide. Each ticket costs $10 and includes a unique seven-digit number. Players win if the number on their ticket matches one of 20,000 winning numbers announced on Jan. 1, 2026.
In addition to the two $1 million top prizes, the game includes the following prizes:

- $25,000 (5)
- $20,000 (40)
- $10,000 (10)
- $500 (100)
- $200 (150)
- $100 (6,200)
- $50 (13,483)
The game first debuted in 2006. Its popularity is due to its raffle play style, limited number of tickets and number of winners, including two $1 million winners announced on New Year’s Day.
