Read below for answers to Frequently Asked Questions about your Lottery account.

How do I register?

To register a new account, select the Sign Up/Log In link on the main menu bar at the top of this page or the bottom of the mobile navigation. After the page loads, fill out the required fields in the registration form and click SUBMIT. You will receive a confirmation email to finish the registration process within 5 minutes of submitting your information. If you submit your registration more than once, only the most recent confirmation email is valid. Please submit within 24 hours or the link will expire. Then, you’ll need to start the registration process over again.

What are the username requirements?

You must use your email address and password to log in. While we previously required a separate username, we’ve simplified the process and your email address is now your username.

What are the password requirements?

Your password must contain the following:

  • 8 Characters and at least one of each of the following:
  • 1 Uppercase letter (A, B, C, …)
  • 1 Lowercase letter (a, b, c, …)
  • 1 Number (1, 2, 3, …)
  • 1 Special character (“, !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (,), _, +, “)

My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What if I forgot my password?

For existing players, be sure you are now using your email address to log in to your member account.

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the Sign Up/Log In page and use the “Forgot Password?” link.

Why did I receive a “401 Invalid Authorization” error message when I attempted to reset my password?

The credentials used to access this page are no longer valid. This can happen when multiple password resets have been requested. Please ensure you are using the most recent link that was emailed to you.

Help, I am locked out of my account. Why?

Your account will lock for a random length of time up to 24 hours after too many incorrect password attempts. This is a security measure to protect member accounts. If you need to get back into the system sooner you may contact Customer Support at the number below.

How do I update my personal information after I have registered?

You can update your account information at any time by logging into your account. Sign in with your email address and password. Select “My Account” at the top of the page to access your account information. Select the “Profile” tab if it’s not already selected, then make any necessary changes on your account and click “Save Changes”.

How can I receive jackpot alerts or promotional emails?

You can update your email preference at any time by logging into your account; sign in with your email address and password. Select “My Account” at the top of the page to access your account information. Select “Communication Preferences” to subscribe or remove Winning Number Alerts or Promotional emails from your account, then click “Save”.

My Account was set up with an email address I no longer have access to. What can I do?

Please register for a new account using your new email address.

Note: All previously entered 2nd Chance tickets or giveaways will to be listed under your old account but will still be valid and you will be notified by phone or mail if you’re a winner.

I have not logged in lately and can’t get into my account. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the Sign Up/Log In page and use the “Forgot Password?” link to reset your password.

If you haven't used your account in long time or it was deactivated click the reactivate account after logging in with your email and password or contact Customer Support.
