Heads up – we recently launched some updates to our website!
While most of the upgrades were made to our back-end system, we wanted to fill you in on some of the changes that were made to improve your overall experience here at mnlottery.com.
Here’s a snapshot of what’s new:
-We've simplified the login: Usernames are so last year, so say goodbye to the days of guessing games with usernames. Your email address is now your username. Your password is the same. If we don’t seem to remember you, click “Forgot Password” and you’ll receive an email from the lottery with instructions on how to change your password.
-There is one entry page for both scratch game and lotto game 2nd Chance contests: So no more hopping around to different pages unless you want to check out all the great stuff you could win.
-There will be three easy ways to enter your tickets on the website into a 2nd Chance:
- There are now three easy ways to enter tickets on the website into a 2nd Chance: We’ve added a “Enter a Ticket” to our navigation. If you are in desktop view “Enter a Ticket” lives in the top of navigation and if you enter from your mobile phone the “Enter a Ticket” lives at the top of the secondary menu.
2. From the 2nd Chance page there is now a universal green “ENTER TICKET” button at the top of the page that will take you to the ticket entry page. This webpage has a new design, but will still list all available contests.
3. You can still enter from any individual 2nd Chance page by clicking the green “ENTER TICKET” button. You may notice the 2nd chance pages look a little different, but all the important information is still there — the prizes you could win, the number of prizes, a link to the rules and a link to winners.
-Game Numbers for Scratch 2nd Chance: All scratch game 2nd Second Chance contests entries now require the four-digit Game Number for each ticket in addition to the entry code. Need help locating this number? Click on Where do I find these numbers?
-Your account profile has a fresh new look: Please make sure your contact information is up to date. If you win a prize in a 2nd Chance or Giveaway we need your current info to deliver your prize to you
Curious about your past entries for 2nd Chance and Giveaways? Click the ENTRY HISTORY button on your account page. Please note that moving forward, it may take up to 48 hours for your 2nd Chance entries to appear in your Entry History.
While you are in your account, dive into your Communications Preferences. It’s easy to sign up for winning numbers for your go-to games delivered straight to your inbox. Plus, say I’MN to receive info on the latest lottery scoop including new games, high jackpots, events and more ways to win. We promise to send only fun your way!
-Number Checker: Our handy dandy Number Checker now allows you to choose the logo (instead of the game name) to check the winning numbers.
-Giveaways: The giveaway page got a mini-makeover and looks similar to our 2nd Chance entry page. Simply click on each individual giveaway page and find the green button to enter for your chance to win.
If you are you having trouble getting logged in, entering a ticket, or viewing your entries call Customer Support at (651) 635-8273 and some very nice people will help you out. Customer Support is available Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.to 4:30 p.m., but on January 30 they will be available until 7:00 p.m.
